Osman Ashai leads strategy, market development, branding, innovation, and M&A for Forgent. As CEO of PwrQ, he scaled the business from an entrepreneurial venture into a market-leading platform manufacturer of data center power infrastructure product lines, building gold-standard manufacturing and operational systems, and executing a strategic merger that positioned the company at the center of customer ecosystems.

Across industrials, financial services, and technology, Osman has earned a reputation for architecting growth, achieving product-market fit in high-barrier markets, and assembling high-performing teams that consistently deliver at scale. He previously worked at Bank of America in New York City. He holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
