Craig Haydamack

Craig Haydamack serves as Forgent’s Chief Human Resources Officer, leading the Company’s people strategy, organizational design, executive development, and compensation governance. He brings more than 25 years of HR leadership experience across large, operationally complex organizations, including as Chief Human Resources Officer of USIC, the nation’s largest utility locating provider.

Craig has held senior HR leadership roles across manufacturing, technology, and utility services, including SVP and CHRO at Milliken & Company and 18 years at Intel, where he partnered closely with executive leadership teams and boards to align talent strategy with business priorities, enterprise performance, and scaling growth. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA from the University of Oregon.
