Amy Ard

Amy Ard leads Forgent’s finance organization, overseeing financial planning and reporting, operational finance, investor relations, corporate development, treasury and tax. She brings more than 25 years of finance and accounting leadership experience across public and private companies, primarily in manufacturing.

Prior to becoming CFO, Amy served as Forgent’s Executive Vice President of Finance and previously as CFO of PwrQ. Earlier in her career, she held CFO positions at Proterra, Tonal and AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group, and served as Interim CFO at Powin. Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and an MBA from Villanova University.
