Roy Chen

Roy Chen is responsible for enterprise-wide human capital strategy, organizational development, and executive talent. He brings more than 20 years of HR leadership experience across global industrial organizations, including serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at MGM Transformers during a period of rapid expansion and workforce transformation.

Roy has held leadership roles at Sonendo, Danaher Corporation, and Johnson & Johnson. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University, and an M.S. in Management Science from Stevens Institute of Technology. He also serves on nonprofit boards focused on governance and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
